As an advocate and advisor for companies who lease or own real estate, Ken has worked for 26 years to help business leadership translate business strategy into real estate solutions that helps not only cut cost but boost profits. He applies a strategic, yet common sense approach to delivering results oriented solutions to clients. Ken is among less than 1% of practitioners nationally to have earned both the SIOR, CCIM and MCR designations. Ken, a top 100 producer at C&W, is also a twenty-three year Phoenix Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. He is regularly a top producer in the Atlanta marketplace and around the US. Ken is very fortunate to work in a career that he loves and with clients who are fun and engaging. The only thing better is his 21 year marriage to Karen and their 4 great kids. Ken and his family, including an old dog, a neglected goldfish and much too young of a Guinea pig live in the Atlanta suburb of Dunwoody.
